The GAINS Technology team has just released its Request for Proposal for the GAINS Data Explorer 2.0.  The documents outlines the key requirements for the data administrator component of the Wildlife Information System for Disease Observation and Monitoring (WISDOM). 

The GAINS Data Explorer 2.0 is the second component of the three core components of WISDOM:

• WISDOM Data Explorer
• WISDOM User Views
